Returns & Cancellations.
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email or through our contact form for example.
If the items have been dispatched & delivered to you then you have a further 14 days from the date you have notified us of your wish to cancel to return the goods.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of your goods that a return will be taking place. If it is beyond this date point then a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
You must cover the cost for returning unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods and a 10% restock fee will be taken from the total refund amount of the unwanted product.
We recommend you get proof of postage as evidence to prove that goods have been returned.
If your goods are found to be faulty on arrival with yourself then return postage will either be organised as a collection by ourselves or you will be refunded your postage cost. No restock fee will be charged in this instance.
Certain items are not accepted as return, these include lubricants or other such items that have been open & seals broken. This also includes gift cards and goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
Your refund for the goods will be paid within 14 calendar days of returning the goods.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If an item is ordered incorrectly or is unwanted then it will incur a 10% restock fee which will be taken from the total refund amount being issued to the customer.
A further deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. Partial refunds will also be granted if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
Partial refunds will also apply to items considered to be a 'Special Order'. You will be notified directly via email if this is the case. The partial refund will be the full amount of the item minus the 10% restock fee and the surcharge postage paid to the supplier.
Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 37 Glenburn Road, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G74 5BA, United Kingdom.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
