Needed a 5W40 engine oil for my Honda Civic EP3 Type R for a pre track service, contacted these guys to see what was in stock & they had several options on the shelf. Went down to the shop for advance and grabbed the Millers. It was really great to get some guidance on what to go for in person.

Got my FN2 sorted last July with the guys here at Automek. I still had standard all round and the top mounts in the rear were squeaking, front were misting and the boot was leaking. Made sense. What a difference it has made, I opted for a FRSU at the same time and added rigid sub frame collars and the car feels brilliant, planted, secure and turns really well. The ride on Scotlands roads is hard enough but there is great control with these coilovers and comfort is improved on standard which is strange given how focused these feel. No track use but great on private roads.
